From Vaison la Romaine to Apt and from Carpentras to Sault, the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) Côtes du Ventoux produces excellent red, rosé and white wines.

On the clay and limestone soils that enjoy a favourable microclimate, the wines produced often offer a beautifully aromatic palate notably with red fruit notes. Grenache, syrah, carignan, cinsault and clairette are amongst the main grape varieties that are grown.
