From Sault en Provence to the high Vaucluse plateaus, passing by the Mont Ventoux and the Nesque Gorges, the lavender routes reveal all the secrets of a culture that for over a century has shaped the identity and landscapes of Provence.

From the Sault Belvedere, a palette of unique colours, from the ochre cliffs of Roussillon to the mosaics carefully composed of cereals, lavenders, lavandins and other aromatic plants can be contemplated.

Every year for the 15 August, lavender lovers gather together for the the Lavender Festival in Sault centred around the local producers.
