With 300 sunny days a year, Provence is appealing all through the year. Its Mediterranean climate bathes the whole region in sunshine from the Calanques de Cassis to the Popes' city in Avignon.

 

Right from the month of March, the mild temperatures open the season of spring breaks, for a weekend or a week.

 

Summer brings with it the most beautiful days at Bélézy. The heat and light are best enjoyed in the shade of the pines and olive trees, on the plane tree esplanade or on the edge of the swimming pools.

 

And when summer comes to an end, the mildness of the afternoons in September and October prolong the provencal pleasure...Some people then talk of an "Indian summer".
